Estate Planning
Terms like Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts and Powers of Attorney can be intimidating and complicated. We have years of experience providing advice in a way clients will understand with the opportunity to be able to ask questions so they understand what they are signing. Our assistance for estate planning includes Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives and the administration of Estates (both Probate and Trusts).
Municipal Law
Extensive experience serving as both general and specialialized council to local municipal government entities, particularly in public transit and public cenvention and event centers. Work includes drafting and reviewing legal contracts and real estate transactions and represention in litigation including personal injury claims. We assist in complex public works projects and the planning for future development.

Matthew Hendricks
Matt was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1991. Matt’s practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, corporate and municipal law.
Matt's estate planning practice provides personal service to each client to complete an estate plan that bests suits the client. He understands that each client is unique and has unique estate planning needs.
Matt's municipal law experience includes legal representation in the following capacities: general counsel to elected Boards of Directors and Boards of Commissioners, drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements, negotiation, on-call legal advice, litigation representation including torts, procurement, reviewing and drafting compliance documents and procedures for state and federal regulations, personnel and labor issues and other legal issues that arise in the course of business. The broad purview of municipal law provides a legal foundation to represent private clients with contracts, real estate, business entity formation and litigation needs.
Admitted to Practice: Washington (1991).
Memberships: Washington State and Snohomish County Bar Associations and former Board Member of Edmonds Chamber of Commerce.

Nora Hendricks
Nora is a member of the Washington State Bar. She received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelors of Science degree in biology from the University of Portland.
Prior to law school, Nora spent two years working at the Tennessee Justice Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked as a client advocate and participated in health policy advocacy. Nora spent her first summer of law school working as an Equal Justice Works Disaster Resilience Fellow based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She spent her second summer working as a legal intern with Northwest Health Law Advocates (NoHLA) in Seattle. During law school, Nora also gained criminal justice experience participating in the law school's defender clinic, and she traveled to New Dehli, India for a course on comparative constitutional law.
Nora grew up in Edmonds and is excited to be returning to her hometown to begin her career as a third-generation attorney under the guidance of her father, Matthew Hendricks, and grandfather, Allen Hendricks. In her free time, Nora enjoys running, reading, and playing with her cat, Violet.
